2. Condition of Garments: Garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund. 3. Original Packaging: Garments must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or other items that were included with the product.

2. Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping charges or cover the cost of return shipping. These costs will be your responsibility.
